Marina Alberti is managing director of Studio Alberti, a auditing and tax advisory firm in Bolzano. Aitor Arteaga, BAUM PARTNERS

Aitor Arteaga is a Corporate Lawyer, with a Degree in Laws by the UPV and Master in Legal and Tax Advisory. He is one of the founding members of BAUM partners, an independent legal and corporate advisory firm, specialized in supporting small and middle size industrial companies in their legal and financial affairs. Andrew Heitner, ALCON PARTNERS

Andrew Heitner is founder and director of Alcon Partners, a buy-side advisory firm that assists Private Equity firms and corporate M&A departments source and evaluate acquisition opportunities, with offices in Miami, Boston, and Vermont. He also owns Alcon Technology Consulting Inc., a telecommunications firm based in Boston.
Mr. Heitner was previously co-founder of New Frontiers Information Corporation (NFIC), a Cambridge MA software company that sells enterprise-level digital content management systems. NFIC was subsequently acquired by the Banta Corporation (now RR Donnelley NYSE:RRD) and he served for several years following the acquisition as Director of Banta Integrated Media.
Mr. Heitner serves on the executive board of the MIT Enterprise Forum of South Florida, the Investment Committee for Miami Children’s Hospital board of directors, and on the Executive Council of MPE Partners private equity firm. He has been a lecturer at the University of Miami School of Business in Entrepreneurship, and serves as a judge for the Leigh M. Rothschild Business Plan Competition.

He is involved in a number entrepreneurial ventures, including angel investments in 4 start-up companies. He holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Michael Hirt, HIRT&FRIENDS GmbH

Dr. Michael Hirt is a leading expert and independent consultant on Corporate Finance and Corporate Development topics. He is President & CEO of HIRT&FRIENDS, an independent management consultancy and Director of the Austrian Institute for Management Innovation. He has published widely on Management and Corporate Finance Topics and has served as a visiting faculty member of major universities. Dr. Karl Pilny is Managing Partner of asia-21 for more than 10 years. Before this he was Managing Partner of Travers Smith and Coudert Brothers in Germany. He also heads the team advising Italian clients. For many years he has played an active part in various events promoting foreign investment in Poland.
