Marina Alberti is managing director of Studio Alberti, a auditing and tax advisory firm in Bolzano. Aitor Arteaga, BAUM PARTNERS

Aitor Arteaga is a Corporate Lawyer, with a Degree in Laws by the UPV and Master in Legal and Tax Advisory. He is one of the founding members of BAUM partners, an independent legal and corporate advisory firm, specialized in supporting small and middle size industrial companies in their legal and financial affairs. Juuso Aulanko, 3J Partners Oy

Juuso Aulanko is co-founder and managing partner of 3J Partners. 

3J Partners is an independent mid-market M&A boutique based in Finland, where 3J Partners offers buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory. 3J Partners’ offices are in three cities Helsinki, Hämeenlinna and Jyväskylä. 

Juuso founded the 3J Partners together with Jaakko Niskanen in 2008. They have been doing corporate finance business since then and led over 100 M&A projects. Juuso holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Jyväskylä.

Susana Enes, ENES | CABRAL

Susana Enes is a founding partner of Enes | Cabral, responsible for the M&A and Corporate Law practice areas. Susana started her professional life as a tax consultant in a Big Four consultancy firm, but soon decided to engage in her law practice, having worked in both national and international law firms in Portugal, where she gained a relevant experience in advising clients in M&A projects, mostly small to mid-size companies. 

Susana completed an LLM in International Business and Trade Law and has post-graduate qualifications in Securities Law, as well as M&A and Corporate Litigation, being Recognized by Best Lawyers in Corporate Law since 2019 and in the Leaders League rankings for Portugal in the Corporate / M&A area.

Andrew Heitner, ALCON PARTNERS

Andrew Heitner is founder and director of Alcon Partners, a buy-side advisory firm that assists Private Equity firms and corporate M&A departments source and evaluate acquisition opportunities, with offices in Miami, Boston, and Vermont. He also owns Alcon Technology Consulting Inc., a telecommunications firm based in Boston.
Mr. Heitner was previously co-founder of New Frontiers Information Corporation (NFIC), a Cambridge MA software company that sells enterprise-level digital content management systems. Søren Milner is founder of MilnerFinance. Søren has more than 30 years’ experience as corporate finance advisor working for Nordic investment banks, independent consultancies and Big4 advisory firms. He also heads the team advising Italian clients. For many years he has played an active part in various events promoting foreign investment in Poland. In Spain, he advised on corporate law and civil procedural law.
